Free Bikes 4 KIdz (FB4K) Maryland will launch its seventh annual campaign on Saturday October 4th. Please consider donating your children's outgrown and/or unused bicycles of all types. FB4K is a nonprofit that collects bikes from the public, refurbishes them, and gives them away in December with new helmets to local children in need that have been  referred to them by schools, nonprofits, and government social services agencies. Last year they gave away over 3,300 bikes!

On October 4th, they will be collecting bikes from the public at Howard County Fire Stations between 9 AM and 2 PM. During the next 10 weeks, hundreds of volunteers will refurbish them so that they can be given to children before the winter holidays.
